Please retain the packaging and take photographs if an item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@vinovault.us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional charges or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be the customer's responsibility.
